Individual team members are dedicated to specific areas. Some concentrate on the local market, while with the company representing clients across three counties, another team is dedicated to developing the larger market area. Creating a focus for staff and ensures strong area knowledge".

With the redevelopment of business premises, the company have taken the opportunity to install some of the latest technology into the working practice of the office as well as continuing to develop their services. One of the services the company is contemplating extending is their legal help line for management clients to all tenants and landlords regardless.
